Suddenly app started recording a black screen and no video.

This Mac version suddenly started making recordings with only audio and no video. I have spent hours trying to find solution, removed sofware and reinstalled it, only to finally find a thread with Camtasia customer support telling users to install an unlicensed trial version because the Mac version wont work until Apple approves an update.

When I pay a hundred bucks for software, I certainly expect it to at least perform its most basic functions when I open it up.
